He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Stanley Nelms; his daughter Tammie Woods (James) of Lake Village; his siblings, Jackie Nelms (Kathy) of Snyder, Frankie Nelms (Brenda) of Crossett, Betty King Shirley of Vaiden, MS, Marcelle Buckner (Jerry) of Hamburg and Kathy Tanksley (Terry Greenwood) of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Josh Woods of Lake Village and Tara Woods of Monticello; and his great grandchildren, Dalton Woods, Paisley Woods and Kayden Chavis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
