He is survived by: his wife Edith Lynn Shankles of Lake Village, AR; his children, Richard Murphy (Crystal) of Fairbanks, AK, Lexia Ament of Lake Village, AR and Lisa Boyd; his grandchildren, Janice, Porchea, Ashlei, Brandon, Sharissa, Austin and Natalie; his great grandchildren, Alex, Piper, Temperance, Aiden, Aya, Bella and Amir; his niece Stam; and his nephew Doyle.
