He is survived by: his wife Barbara McCory Johnson; his son Derrick Johnson of Kenosha, WI; his stepdaughters, Dasinique Henry of Lake Village, AR and Sade Henry of Lake Village, AR; his sister Lenora Freeman of Cleveland, OH; and his grandchild Keontrae Gillmore, Jr.. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
