He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Hayes of Dermott; his wife Martha Hayes; his sons, Tad Hayes of Lake Village, AR and Chris Shaver of Lafayette, IN; and his grandsons, Mason Russell, Caleb and Noah Shaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
