With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clinton Lewis Tipps of Lake Village, Arkansas, born in Dermott, Arkansas, who passed away on February 20, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Tipps and Opal Tipps; his wife Pearlene Tipps; and his brother John Thompson Tipps. He is survived by: his son Clint Tipps of Bossier City, LA.; his siblings, Mary Ann Tipps Price of Camden, AR and Richard Larry Tipps (Gay) of Portland, AR; his grandchildren, Clinton Jace Tipps, Stella Jenell Tipps and James Elliot; and his extended family, Welty and Matt Foster.
