He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J Faulk, Jr. and Elizabeth Young Faulk; and his brother Fred Young Faulk (Dianne). He is survived by: his caregiver Teresa Faulk; his children, Ashley Armagost and Charles J. Faulk IV (Lydia); his stepdaughters, Randi Bullock, Rochelle Crager (Gene) and Robin Stanard (Jason); his sister Jeneva Pickett (Bob); and his caregiver Michael Findley. He is also survived by his daughter's fiancé); ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
