She is survived by: her daughter Debra Maddux of Monte Vista, CO; her grandchildren, Alicia Hale, Nicholas Mazzanti, Jared and Casey Preuit; and her great grandchildren, John Thomas Mosley, Jack Hale and Braylee Mazzanti.
