It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Berkemeyer of Lake Village, Arkansas, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Sponer and Mary Bilgischer Sponer; her husband Herman Berkemeyer; and her siblings, Louis Sponer and Rita Sponer Mullenax.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Berkemeyer (Linda) of Lake Village, AR and Janice Cummings (Johnny) of St. Vincent, AR; and her grandchildren, Anna Berkemeyer Dungan, Elliot Berkemeyer (Kelsey), Bryce Berkemeyer and Brent Berkemeyer.
