It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Jean Edmondson (Lake City, Arkansas), born in Bald Knob, Arkansas, who passed away on March 24, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Acklin and Sylvia Acklin (Sterling); her husband Paul Edmondson; her daughter Linda Ballard; and her grandchildren, Christopher Rosamond and Jessica Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Chucky Victory (Joan), Jackie Smith, Joanne Lowe and Lillian Howell (Buddy); and her sister Fay Dean Manley.
