He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Clark and Belle Clark; and his children, Jackie Rayburn Clark, Charles Raymond Clark and Patricia Clark Wisham.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Clark; his daughter Brenda Davis (Larry) of Benton; and his sister Georgene Prather of Selmer, Tennessee. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
