He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Smith (Sandy) of Lake City, Michael Smith (Melissa) of Lepanto, Anthony Smith (Jennifer) of Lake City and Shaun Smith (Laura) of Lake City, Arkansas; his siblings, Larry Smith of Lake City, Kenneth Smith (Janice) of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Barbara Shurley (Virgil) of Lake City, Margaret Wright (John) of Lake City and Eileen Adams of Lake City, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Makayla, Taylor Austin (Catherine), MacCray, Hannah, Max, Emmalee and Maggie.

Due to Covid 19 guidelines, a mask or other facial covering is required, a Covid 19 acknowledgement form is required to be signed, and social distancing will be observed.
