She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cooper and Hattie Thorne Cooper; her husband J. P. Taylor; and her brothers, Paul (Josephine Cooper), Arthur (Polly Cooper), J. W. "Toot" (Lorrine Cooper) and Lonnie (Maxine Cooper).

She is survived by: her sons, Craig Taylor (Pamela) of Burleson and Cooper Taylor of Lunsford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
