Helen Fay Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2019, at the age of 90, Helen Fay Phillips (Lake City, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Schug and Maud Schug; her husband Shelby Phillips, Sr.; and her siblings, Selma Barron, Jewell Fleming and Poley Schug.

She is survived by: her children, Shelby Phillips, Jr. (DeAnna) and Mary Helen Qualls; her grandchildren, Holly Anderson (Randy) of Broken Arrow, OK, Sarah Yarnell (Tim) of Jonesboro and Jordan Phillips (Bethanie) of Jonesboro; her great grandchildren, Olivia Anderson, Clay Anderson, Joe Anderson, Claire Anderson, Anna Yarnell and Warren Phillips; her stepgrandchildren, Mitchel Qualls, Vick Qualls (Tosha) and Chris Qualls; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison Qualls, Caden Qualls and Cailey Qualls.
