We bid farewell to Connie Sue Howard (Lake City, Arkansas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 6, 2024 at the age of 77. Connie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Robinson and Inez Robinson; and her siblings, Annette Wells, Sharon Rainwater and Ronnie Robinson.
She is survived by: her husband John Howard; her children, Johnie Howard Jr. of Albuquerque, Andrew "Andy" Howard of Lake City, Janet Compere (John) of Jonesboro and Diana Leonard (Patrick) of Hernando, Mississippi; her siblings, Kenneth Robinson of Wichita, Doug Robinson of Memphis, Tennessee and Rebecca McCracken (Lloyd) of Paragould; and her granddaughters, Mary, Elizabeth and Rachel Compere. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Emerson Funeral Home (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lake City Memorial Cemetery (700 Lake St, Lake City, AR 72437).
