He was predeceased by: his parents, Vann Foley and Betty Lee Foley. He is survived by: his wife Ollie Foley; his children, Jerry W. Foley (Kim) of Lake City, Carl Gene Foley of Belice and Nicole Rea (Michael) of Huntington, Texas; and his brother Larry Foley of Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
