He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Meadows; and his grandson Dustin Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Pat Meadows; his children, Kevin Meadows of Trumann, AR and Shondia Meadows (Johnny Hildebrand) of Lake City, AR; his grandchildren, Taylor Meadows of Trumann, AR, Noah Davis of Fayetteville, AR, Kirby Knuckles of Jonesboro, AR and Mason Knuckles of Lake City; his great grandchild Liam Meadows; his grandchildren, Benjamin Hilliard and Rhinelia Settlemire; and his siblings, James Meadows (Debi), Diane (Sonny Holmes), Reta (Bill Scroggs) and Evelyn (Stan Gambil). He is also survived by family members and friends.
