He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Panhorst and Ruda Panhorst; his brother Bobby Panhorst; his granddaughter Gracie Panhorst; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Lighthart and Jaelyn White; and his children-in-law, Robin Panhorst and Billy Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Panhorst; and his children, Alicia Shaw-Ward (Leslie) of Paragould, Charles Panhorst, Jr. (Chuck), Frank Panhorst (Vanessa) of Williford, Donald Panhorst and Angelique Retherford (George) of Marmaduke. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 8 great great-grandchildren.
