He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Partee and Susie Jane Partee; his daughter Gertie Mae Neal; his wife Lois Partee; his daughter Wanda Jane Partee; his grandson Thomas McLean; his siblings, Ray Partee, Clifford Partee, Inez White and Winnie Petty; and his sister-in-law Norma Partee.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Howard Partee (Velda), Billy Von Partee, Walton Howard Partee, Jr. (Shannon), Donna Louise Spears (Jack), Kathy Sue Logan (Wayne) and Rita Risner (Keith); his grandchildren, Shannon Hale, Jerry Partee, Matt Partee, Jason Logan, Pamela Brasher, James Logan, Mike Partee, Chris Partee, Kym Risner, Beth Risner-Abshure, Trey Partee and Bobby Partee; his sister Faye Teague; and his friend Teresa Boutwell. He is also survived by his seventeen great-grandchildren; his two great-great-grandchildren.
