He is survived by: his wife Jan Needham Price; his stepdaughters, Missy Barrett (Jeff) and Wendy Price; his brother Park Price of Daisy; his grandchildren, Stephanie Forrest, Alexis Barrett, Jerry Fant, Michael Fant and Zachary Fant; his nephew David Southworth; and his niece Mariah Price.
