He is survived by: his wife Merrie Homan of Kirby; his children, Bobby (Mekesha Homan), Joseph (Evelyn Homan), James Homan, Jr. of Greenville, Michael Allen (DeLisa Homan), Thomas (Sandra Pierce), Tim (Wanda Pierce), Natosha Homan (Michael Wayne) of Kirby and Casey Homan of Alpine; his sister Pearlie Westmoreland of Mississippi; and his brother-in-law Harold Pierce of Kirby. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
