He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Cleo Cook and Arline Jones Cook; his daughter Wendy Cook; his brother Steve Cook; and the mother of his children Sherry Bennett Cook.
He is survived by: his son Jamie; his daughter-in-law Shannon Cook of Powell, Wyoming; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Roger Cogburn of Daisy; and his grandchildren, Baylie Cook, Katelyn Cook, Austin Cook and Ava Cogburn.
