He is survived by: his wife Regina Kitchens; his sons, Scott Kitchens and Wesley Kitchens; his stepsons, Malven Kirkpatrick and Steven Kirkpatrick; his grandchildren, Alissa Boyd, Jacob Kitchens, Wyatt Kitchens, Charles Kitchens, Lauren Spears, Ely Welch, Cheyanne Kirkpatrick, Cameron Kirkpatrick and McKinzy Kirkpatrick; and his sisters, Betty Carter, Bonnie Markham and Paggy Lambert.
Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 100 persons at any one time in the funeral home chapel, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times when inside the funeral home.
