It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Glen Draper (Kirby, Arkansas), born in Amity, Arkansas, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elberg Draper and Artha Lee Mack Draper; and his siblings, Harold Draper, Vernon Draper, Don Draper and Betty Jo Fant.
He is survived by: his wife Blenda Draper of Kirby; his children, Russ Draper and Mindy; his son-in-law Mike Mooney of Bonnerdale; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Samantha White), Amy (Chad Montgomery) and Michel Mooney (Olivia Draper); his great grandchildren, Grace White, Hunter White, Ashton Baldwin and Kileigh Montgomery; and his sisters, Ima Tedder of Daisy, Lemma Sue Massey of Kirby, Melba Kennedy of Murfreesboro and Pat Funderburk of Kirby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
