He is survived by: his spouses, Lana Glasgow and Lana Holder; his son Brian Holder; his daughter-in-law Andrea Holder; his daughter Tana Risner of Kirby; his son-in-law Steve Risner of Kirby; his grandsons, Glenn Turner (Shana), Jacob Risner, Brady Holder, Brach Holder and Brantley Holder; and his great grandchildren, Kali Turner, Kolt Turner and Levi Holder.
