He is survived by: his wife Angela Root (Butler); his sons, Luke Root (Kirsten) of Harrison and Jacob Root (Paige) of Kingston; his siblings, Anthony Root (Regina) of Kingston and Janet Easterling (Terry) of Springdale; his foster sister Diane Metcalf (Vernon) of Clifty; his nieces, Rae Dell Davis (Justin) of Clifty and Chandra Emitt (Jonathan) of Kingston; his nephew Tyler Root (Bayley) of Kingston; and his granddaughters, Kenley and Hayden Root of Harrison. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews along with many relatives and friends.
