She was predeceased by: her husband Randy Treat; her parents, Josephine Mhoon and Odel Smith; her stepmother Neva Smith; and also, Beuford Treat and Darlene Treat.

She is survived by: her friend Randy Treat; her daughter Myle Meyers of Kingston; her son-in-law Mike Meyers of Kingston; her sons, Shawn Treat of Bentonville and Aaron Treat of Orlando; her grandchildren, Whitley Vann, Ryder Phillips-Treat of Kingston, Gage Treat, Will Treat, Maggie Treat of Bentonville, Chase Meyers of Kingston and Chance Meyers of Branson; her great grandchild Ellie Meyers of Branson; her sister Judy Macias of Springdale; her brother-in-law Andy Macias of Springdale; her brother Pete Smith of Huntsville; her siblings-in-law, Betty Treat of Broken Arrow and Robert Treat of Broken Arrow; her niece Robie London of Sand Springs; and her nephew Todd Treat (Kim) of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by nephews and great nieces.
