He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Sarah Nadine Ingram Dillard; his wife Nelda Dillard; his stepdaughter Joyce Stadler; his brothers, John Dillard and Rick Dillard; his brothers-in-law, Gary Hatfield and Danny Keeney; and his nephew Clint Hatfield.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jan Dillard of Farmington, Missouri; his sisters, Daisy (Marvin Jones), Kathy Hatfield of Mountain View and Donna Keeney of Prairie Grove; and his grandchildren, Katie Beth, Pete, Chelsea and Cheyenne. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
