She was predeceased by: her mother Janish A. Smith (Dotson) of Harrison, AR.. She is survived by: her father Samuel J. Smith (Sam); her husband Scottie M. Fisk, Sr.; her children, Scottie M. Fisk, Jr. (Kelly) of Elkins, Jessie Fisk, Sr. (Sarah) of Osage, Isaac Fisk and Tabathia Musteen (Justin) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Sophia Fisk of Elkins, Lilly, Jessie Fisk, Jr. of Osage, Jameson and Tinsley Musteen of Kingston; her siblings, Samuel J. Smith, Jr. (Marcia) of Lead Hill, Jessica Nalley (William) of Green Forest and Melisa Hatman (Timmy) of Green Forest; and also Samuel J. Smith, Sr. (Sam) of Harrison. She is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces.
