With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Hawthorn of Kingston, Arkansas, who passed away on August 16, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Hawthorn and Dorpha F. Armer Hawthorn; his wife Margie Hawthorn; and his siblings, Ray Hawthorn and Ruth Baxter.

He is survived by: his children, Bob (Teresa Hawthorne), James (Leona Hawthorne), Steven Hawthorne of Thornburg, Virginia, Kathy (Ray Clark) and Dorothy Staton of Beebe; and his brothers, Billy Joe Hawthorn, Bobby Don Hawthorn and Roy Harold "Doc" Hawthorn. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
