She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Taylor Norris and Thirsie Imogene Bettis Norris; her husband Ronald Edward Smead; and her daughter Judy Suzanne Smead. She is survived by: her children, Donis Duvall Smead (Michelene) of Leola, Ronald "Captain" Smead (Jenny) of Hope, Hazel Deann Smith (Dewayne) of Newport and Sandra Renee McKelvin (Mike) of Camden; her brother Nathan Norris of Providence; and her grandchildren, Cathrine Jones, Kreg Smead, Katelyn Smead, Curt Smead, Dayla Curry, Denver Smith, Dawsyn Cole, Mitchell McKelvin, Clayton McKelvin, Bradley McKelvin, Ross Smead and Case Smead. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
