She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Turner and Audrey Turner; her husband John Dawson; her sons, Mike Parnell and James Parnell; and her sister Louise Utter.
She is survived by: her children, Linda McDaniel (Larry) of Fordyce, Diane Ferguson of Kingsland, Grady Parnell, Jr. (Cynthia) of Kingsland and Joe Parnell (Stephanie) of Hopeville. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
