He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Davis Marks, Sr. and Mary Lucy Mitchell Marks; and his grandson Joseph Eugene Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Holly Marks Foster (Nathan); his grandchildren, Katelyn Michelle Foster, Lucy Grace Foster and River Penelope Octavia Foster; and his sister Virginia Sue Marks Colvin (Edgar).
