He is survived by: his children, Terry Rowland (Carla) of Kingsland, Kathy Phillips (Bob) of Kingsland and Karen Dees (Cannon) of Kingsland; his siblings, Jimmy Rowland of Warren and Diane Crawley of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Kerry Garner (Chris), Heidi Ashcraft (John), Cody Rowland (Brooks), Dustin Dees (Lauren), Cassie Dees, Zach Edwards and Grace Ann Phillips. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
