She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Poe, Sr. and Obera Rowe Poe; her former spouse Ocletus "Buh" Pettis, Sr.; her children, Rickie Scott Baker and Nicole Baker; her stepson James Hart, Jr.; her grandson Marvin Brewer; her great great grandchild Malcolm Beach; and her siblings-in-law, Annis Brown, Bertha White, Bettye Bedford, Lillian Bowman, Clarice Baker, Kenneth Baker, Foster Baker, Archie Baker and James Baker.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Baker, Sr.; her husband James Hart, Sr.; her brother Peter Poe (Esther); her siblings-in-law, Marshall Baker (Adelle), Mark Baker (Altamese), Vincent Baker (Allyson), Emma McClendon, Phyllis Baker, Velta Baker, Virginia Hurtt and Mattie B.; her children, Obera Norman (Harry), Margaret Rycraw, Donald Baker, Jr., Lorraine Oyemaja and Zina Eustache (Robert); her stepchildren, Loretha and Aywon Hart; her grandchildren, Ben Brewer, Jr., LaDonna Walls (Robin), LaToya Banks, Michael Cooper, Bobby Chatman, Jr., Jeffery Cooper, Natasha Barber (Henry), Triston Chatman, Cierra Rycraw, Tiffany Chatman (Matthew), Iesha Chatman, Tashi Johnson, Rickie Baker, Trea Dedmon, Mikyia Dedmon, Zinyia Dedmon, Renetta Hinton and Donald Baker; her sons, Orlando Neely and Anthony Smith; and her grandchildren, LaShawn and Yolanda Pettis. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
