She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stanford, Sr. and Lucy Ilene Self Smith; and her daughter Victoria Stotts Burton. She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya R Forthman (David) of Searcy, Arkansas and Jessica Stotts of Searcy, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Skylar Forthman, Bria Forthman, MacKenzie Brister, Macy Brister, Atlas Brister, River Stotts and Kimbry Ann Hancox; and her siblings, Mary Pearson (Rondy) of Letona, Larry Smith (Diane) of Lexa, Fred S Smith, Jr. of West Helena, Terry Smith of Clarksville and Johnny Smith (Tammy) of Lexa. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
