He was predeceased by: his wife Artie McCain; his parents, Hugh McCain and Annie McCain; and his brother David McCain. He is survived by: his caregiver Linda Brown; his sons, Lonnie Dixson and Donnie Dixson; his brother Lee McCain (Cammy); and his siblings-in-law, Janice McCain, Frank Crouch and Shelby Crouch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
