He was predeceased by: his father William Taylor (Bue); and his siblings, Patricia Hipp, Claude Lynn Taylor and Arnold Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Seth Mobley (Misty), Shawn Mobley (Mandy) and Sara Zinck (Nathan); his grandchildren, Braiden Wortham, Lillian Mobley, Lucas Mobley, Nora Jean Mobley, Elijah Mobley, Caroline Mobley, Samuel Zinck and Elizabeth Zinck; and his siblings, Bonnie Bell, Odessa Leehy (Don) and Jake Taylor (Denise).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Herman's name to the New Horizon's Food Bank, where he frequently volunteered. You may make a donation pledge via our website.
