He was predeceased by: his father Leander Edward Sutton; and his siblings, Floyd, Eugene, Orval, Louise, Agnes and Joyce "Lottie".
He is survived by: his wife Velma Sutton (Ramsey); and his children, Orval Earl Sutton of Beebe, Theresa Wilds of North Carolina and Charlotte Sutton of Beebe. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
