He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia Hall, Bobby and Bonnie; and his granddaughters, Raven Star Johnson and Cindy Lee Green.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Diane Johnson; his children, Trisha Cody (Alvie), Billy Jack Johnson (Kristie), Tina Johnson, Darlene Johnson, Jessie Johnson, Donna Johnson and Glen Johnson (Alisha); and his siblings, Johnny Johnson, Carolyn Yancey, Kathleen Johnson and Linda Colburn.
