He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Head and Marion Binns Head; and his wife Judy Jeffress Head. He is survived by: his children, Chris Head (Melissa) of Crossett, Jonathan Head of Junction City and Lacey Farrar (Brian) of Junction City; his siblings, Dale Head (Debbie) of Huttig and Sheila Mathews (Mike) of Huttig; and his grandchildren, Aubree, Christian Head, Elizabeth Adams, Braedon, Maddy, Bri Farrar, Justin Head, Brody Farrar, Julia Head and Lily Farrar. He is also survived by husband who adored his wife, a father who loved his children, and a grandfather who spoiled his grandchildren.
