She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Hudson and Lorene Gallaway Hudson; her siblings, Betty Snead, Sue Coker and Bill Hudson; and her husband Joe Robert Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Austin (Jim) of Pine Bluff, Tamera Russell (Toby) of El Dorado, Robert Thompson (Monica) of Sheridan and Terry Thompson of Tennessee. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
