He is survived by: his mother Joy Lynn Lewis; his siblings, Chris Lewis of Junction City, Arkansas, Stacey Lewis (Tereasa) of Junction City, Arkansas and Carol Anders of Marysville, Arkansas; his stepdaughter Haven Bilbray of Springhill, Louisiana; his stepgrandchildren, Eliana, Gabriel, Kalliope and Samuel Bilbray; and his close friend Karen Shepherd of Springhill, Louisiana.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
