He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jay Brewer and Julia Brown; his wife Janice Butterfield Brewer; his son Gary Mauney; his great grandchild Mason Sehon; his brothers, Joe Brewer, Robert, Jimmy and Michael Dougan; and his brother-in-law Curtis Butterfield.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Brewer (Linda) of Junction City, Kim Jones (Craig) of Junction City and Becky Marks (Jay) of Little Rock; his daughter-in-law Barbara Mauney Sutphin of Little Rock; and his siblings, Raymond, Donnie, Russell Brewer, Patricia Pollack and Billie Sue Gawron.
