He was predeceased by: his parents, James Price and Virginia Ratcliff Price. He is survived by: his sisters, Debra Goodwin (James) of El Dorado and Ann Culpepper (Kenny) of Memphis, TN.; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Willig (James) of Hoover, AL, Jill Sanders (Jim) of El Dorado, Scott Culpepper (Ginger) of Sioux Center, IA, Jake Goodwin (Brittni) of Benton, AR and Deano Dawson (Susie) of El Dorado.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association, 375 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place.
