He is survived by: his children, Tony Lewis (Suzanne), Tena Hughes, Tami Rogers (Craig) and Tyron Lewis (Thom Callaway); his grandchildren, Lara Jurik (Fred), McKenzie Stokes (Brian), Tiffany Hughes, Gillian Hughes, Trent Rogers (Abby), Ahna Farrar (Gary Don) and Trevor Rogers (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Gabrielle Jurik, Georgie Stokes, Camp Stokes, Bexton Rogers, Noah Farrar and Lyla Kate Farrar; and his nephews, Todd Bates and Jimmy Dale Myers (Florence). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
