She was predeceased by: her parents, David William and Minnie Mae Perkins; her husband Jack Rouse; and her grandson George Pettus. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Elliot (Carol) of West Point, AR, Alvin (Nancy) of Pangburn, AR, Mary Nichols (Donnie) of Enola, AR, Kimberly K Rouse of Meridian, MS and Judy Rouse Thomas (Dug Roberson) of Judsonia, AR; and her nephews, Tommy Wayne Milligan of Huston, TX and William Damon Perkins of Judsonia, AR. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty eight great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
