He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Charles and Lillian June Chrisler Converse; and his siblings, Jerry Converse, Charles Converse, Marie Green and Rita Toddy.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Converse; his children, Pamela Converse of Judsonia and Scott Converse (Ashley) of Judsonia; his brothers, David, Frankie, James and Daniel Converse; and his grandchildren, Brianna Tobin, Vallery Converse, Blake Converse, Kaylee Rainwater and Keagan Perkins.
