He is survived by: his wife Freda Neal; his children, Jimmy "Daniel" Neal (Kimberly Staudt) and Pamela Ann Neal of Judsonia; his siblings, David Neal (Rhonda) of Springdale and Linda Hughes (Roy) of Higginson; and his grandchildren, Dakota Blake Neal, Harlee Danielle Neal and Hunter Kade Neal.
