She was predeceased by: her parents, Arestus Levi and Ethel Mae Hembree Whitlow; her husband Bobby Ray Wortham; and her brother Wallace Whitlow. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Garrett (Dennis) of Judsonia, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Brittany Garrett of Nashville and Nicholas Garrett of Judsonia, Arkansas. She is also survived by other extended family members and many friends.
