He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Womack and Florene Hallmark Womack. He is survived by: his wife Linda Roberts Womack; his sons, Michael Womack (Miranda) of Effingham, Jakie Womack (Carla) of Bald Knob and James Womack (Jennifer) of Searcy; and his siblings, Jerry Womack (Myong) of Buena Park, Kenneth Womack of Baracuda, Guam, Brenda Terrill of Mountain Home and Carolyn Jones (Larry) of Flippin, Arkansas.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
